If you have completed courses at Yum! University, you certainly know these were a challenge and included academic content that could render college credit.  Colleges and universities, at the request of the Yum! University Counseling Center, have reviewed the content of Yum! University professional training and award college credit using national standards promulgated by the Council for Adult & Experiential Learning (CAEL). We are here to serve as your advocate to empower you to explore the best alternatives to receive the most credit for the training you have completed.

Perhaps you are a career employee of Yum! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, or Taco Bell) and completed professional training from Yum! University many years ago. Regardless of how long ago you completed the training, we can assist you in exploring the options to get the credit you deserve for your learning experiences.  In fact, if you have completed professional training from Yum! University since 2000, you may be eligible to receive college credit for the knowledge you gained from a number of participating colleges and universities. The following is a list of some of the courses of instruction that have been evaluated in the past for college credit. Some of these are no longer taught by Yum! University, however, if you completed the training in the past when they were active courses, you may be able to receive college credit for them. So, regardless of whether you are a recent participant in Yum! If you have completed professional training at Yum! University, send us your course completion certificates, as well as all other college credit you have earned in the past:

• If you previously attended a college or university, send us either an unofficial transcript or a student status report that shows the courses you completed. (You won't need official transcripts until you are ready to enroll with the college or university of your choice.
  
  
• If you are a veteran, first, thank you for your service to this nation in uniform! We will need your military transcripts. When you submit a request for our free support, we will send you a link to help you download this from the military transcript service.
  
  
• If you have completed professional training at any other corporation in the past, send us your completion certificates. Perhaps we can help you get the credit you deserve for that training, as more than 1,200 organizations have had their professional training evaluated for college credit in the past.
  
  
• If you have ever challenged nationally-recognized college level examinations (CLEP, DSST, UExcel, TECEP, AP, etc.), send us your scores so we can add that to your record.
  
  
• If you have ever earned a professional certification or license in the past (Microsoft, Novell, FAA, ASE, etc.), send us a copy so we can see if college credit may be associated with the training you received to qualify you for the award.
